I, the representative of our company, founded Upstart Co., Ltd. when I was 24 years old, along with a high school classmate and a colleague from my previous job.

When we first started, we had absolutely no connections, no funds, and no experience.
If we were to compare the company to a collection of pawns in the game of shogi, it was like that company.

We started out in such circumstances and had a lot of difficulties in the early days.
However, even in such circumstances, we had customers who entrusted us with their work.

Rather than from a business perspective, we aim to satisfy the spirit of our customers who place orders with confidence in us, a group of "Ayumu".

I have approached each and every job I have been given with complete devotion.
